Isadora Duncan's Dramatic Dance
Classes with Therese Anne Joseph
based on the Legacy of Isadora Duncan
This is a dance of Beauty and Delight with a Spiritual component that
aligns you to your center.

This Basic Language of Dance appeals to children and teens forming
their individuality, young adults with interests in performing, and
women who are rediscovering their youthful exuberance.

"Freedom, Flow, and Spontaneity are the keys to the quality of
movement in the Duncan Dance.  To achieve these qualities requires
self-discipline as well as a heightened sense of self-awareness." Duncan
Dance by Julia Levien page XI

Strength and Resiliancy are achieved through routines at the barre.

We wear a draped Silk tunic, sometimes with a matching Silk over
scarf to accent the movement.  We dance with bare feet.
